IMPORTANT INFORMATION WARRANTY, RETURN/REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Please carefully read the information pertinent to the policy's terms and conditions (“Terms”). The information provided along with its terms and conditions is legally binding. It governs the transactional (agreement) activity between you (“Buyer”) and us (“Pixsell Store”) that you form by accessing or using any area or feature of any website we operate or extending links for browsing and purchasing. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by all terms outlined therein and it constitutes your acceptance of the current stated terms and any changes to these in the future.

 

 Warranty And Exclusions

We prudently and discerningly curate, select, and sell high-quality products from different manufacturers to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers/buyers.                                                               

We give the warranty as per the warranty issued by the manufacturer. The warranty periods and the applicable terms and conditions of the products shall be interpreted as mentioned by the manufacturer for each product. And accordingly, it would cover any defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use, during the warranty period. We do not warrant that the operation of any Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

As we are not the manufacturers, regrettably from our side, we can’t extend any other warranty or condition of any kind concerning products/goods (“items”) purchased through our website and specifically disclaim the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.

The warranty is void if the reported failure or defect of the Product has resulted from accident, abuse, cannibalization of parts, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage, or handling by the Buyer, or due to unauthorized maintenance or repair or removal or alteration or tampering of the warranty label in any manner. 

The universal **Warranty Exclusions** are as follows

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper handling
  • Products that have been modified or tampered with
  • Damages registered due to tweaking or incorporation of aftermarket parts, non-genuine/generic parts, or accessories
  •  Consumable parts such as batteries, unless the damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship

 

Return & Exchange Policy – Inclusions/Exclusions

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or services sold on this platform. All Sales Are Final!

 

Exceptions

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 12 Hours of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion and within the warranty parameters of the respective manufacturer. A product warranty applies on defective units for replacement, as specified within each product's packaging.  All return shipping costs, for whatever reason, are covered by the buyer.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, subject to prompt notification within 12 Hours for a possible refund or exchange. However, it’s mandatory that the subject product and its packaging are not tampered with.
  • Incomplete Service: A partial refund may be considered if a purchased service (installation) is not fully delivered or does not meet the predefined criteria as advertised.

However, the returned items must be unmarked, in original, unopened, sealed packaging, original packaging/box, and unused condition. We will not accept responsibility for items damaged due to improper packing/ delivery. Any replacement or repair is not warranted if the damage has resulted from misuse, improper maintenance, temperature, dust, humidity, alterations or modifications, electrical power, spills, misuse, or deliberate abuse.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your product to return the product (owing to buyer’s remorse/change of preference) which is eligible for a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it (unopened, with the original packaging, including accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, brand seal, and other relevant security seal, etc.).
  • The returned product should be the same original item received.
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

The item/product will only be considered for return if it is in unused/ new condition as the buyer/customer received it.

It’s important to mention here that a minimum Restocking Fee of 30% would be applied to cover handling and restocking costs on all returns. And this restocking fee on returns does not include the shipping fee and you must pay for the shipping expenses from your pocket.

Moreover, after a judicious evaluation, a credit note will be issued for a favorable amount carrying a validity of 3 months.

Furthermore, concerning Special Procurements which refer to a requisition of the item(s) that aren’t available in the eProcurement catalog and are specially curated or require special purchasing methods due to their rarity or customization and accordingly are arranged to be delivered to you- then such special procurements are explicit final sales, with no provision of return, replacement or refund. However, if the product is found to be defective/faulty and also confirmed by the manufacturer (upon inspection), then it will be repaired/replaced subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty provided by the respective manufacturer.

 

Shipping And Handling  (Delivery and transport)

We, Pixsell Store, shall make every reasonable effort to meet quoted/ acknowledged delivery dates but shall not be liable in any manner for failure to meet such dates.
The agreed delivery dates and times shall always be approximate and subject to unforeseen circumstances. Time shall not be of the essence for the purpose of delivery.
  
Failure to meet the delivery date due to Force Majeure, shall not entitle the Buyer to terminate the transaction and/or to demand compensation. Force Majeure shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

 

  • Operational failure or business interruption, irrespective of nature or cause
  • Delayed or late delivery by the main supplier and/or manufacturer
  • All shipping/delivery delays caused by freight forwarding, logistics services providers – encompassing all carriers and couriers issue.
  • Any transportation problem that may hamper or impede the transportation of Products from the manufacturer to the us
  • Import and export restrictions of any nature

Furthermore, in no event, we shall have any liability in connection with the transportation or shipment, of the items.

However, if the Buyer fails to take delivery on the designated date, then we shall be entitled to store the items at the Buyer’s expense and risk against a storage fee of 1.5% per month of the invoice value of such items and be entitled to invoice the Buyer for the items and the storage fee.
 
Having said that, we shall endeavor to execute delivery/transportation with our best efforts, and professional capability that is at par with expert industry standards (such as ours).
